Wekembe has made remarkable improvements in the social and economic lives of local communities in which it operates helping low income entrepreneurs to grow and diversify their business growing, to build assets, to create further jobs contributing to the life improvement of their families and communities.

Each year we help 4000 people to get out of poverty and reach economic independence and self substainance.

Thanks to our training and capacity building support we help our members to increase saving abilities, to grow in leadership, self esteem and confidence in their future and society.
